Smart Total Health 360° contains every test in Smart Total Health — blood count, thyroid, liver, kidney, cholesterol, blood sugar, ferritin, uric acid, inflammation markers and a urine test — and adds vitamin B12 and a blood pressure reading on top. The difference that matters is who reads them: an Internal Medicine specialist goes through the whole picture with you rather than a set of numbers being handed over. That matters most where results interact — the blood pressure reading is interpreted against the 2025 AHA/ACC guideline, in which how the reading is taken changes what it means1, and a single serum B12 is an imperfect test that sometimes needs a second look.2 No insurance is needed and no referral is required.
